Office Closure:

Our offices will be closed from February 2nd to February 17th, 2024 for the Lunar New Year holidays.

Service Arrangements:

We will not be able to respond to emails, community messages, app feedback, or social media DMs during the closure. There will be no shipping or payment processing for cash-out requests or eshop purchases in this period.

Model, post and report reviews will still be actioned. Online customer support will continue to be available. The ongoing activities on the platform are still proceeding as usual. Please actively participate.
