CFS Filament Dryer Using PolyDryer

File includes the bracket to hold PolyDryer to CFS Lid and a template to cut out the windows for the PolyDryer to fit into. If you're not handy with a dremel, this isn't for you!! YOU ARE PERMANENTLY CHANGING YOUR CFS!! DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

FIRST THING!! VERIFY THE TEMPLATE FITS OVER YOUR POLYDRYER!!! IF THATS GOOD PROCEED!!

STEPS

1. Locate template on outside of CFS lid approximately in line with the inside of the back of the lid (SEE PIC.. Tape is recommended)

2. Mark inside of the 2 dryer holes with a sharpie or pencil

3. Place a bathroom towel over top of the inside of the CFS and up into the back of the lid

4. Drill corners of each hole with drill bit (3/8" or 10mm works nice)

5. Using a dremel with a mini saw blade and low speed saw the lines

6. Using the dremel with a sanding drum smooth edges to jus remove your lines from step 2

7. Verify PolyDryer fits all the way into the holes

8. Hold bracket overtop of the dryer and using a 11/64 drillbit drill bottom hole in bracket through CFS Lid side

9. Install M4x16 Countersunk Screw with M4 Locknut

10. Push Top over to top of CFS Lid and hold tight while drilling hole through the top, using bracket as drill guide

11. Install M4x16 Countersunk Screw with Locknut

12. Use a paper towel and/or vacuum to remove debris from cutting and drilling on open surfaces

13. Remove Towel, being careful to not spill and debris. Vacuum any remaining debris.

14. Turn on Polydryer and enjoy!!
