However, we heard that some of you are plagued by separating the recharged or earned Cuvacoins from the Cuvacoin rewards issued by our platform. To help you clearly calculate and record your income to see if the profit is worth your effort, in this new update, we launched another virtual currency called CREDIT, which is going to be a substitute for Cuvacoins in the trading system when buying and selling models. Let’s dive into the introduction of CREDIT.

What is Credit?

Credit is a premium currency of Creality Cloud. Users can use credits to trade 3D model files.

How to get Credits?

1. Credits can be purchased from the shop. Please make sure to comply with the terms of the Service Agreement when purchasing credits.

2. Credits can be earned by selling 3D models.

Things to bear in mind

1. Credits are not transferable and the validity of credit is permanent.

2. Only V3.13.0 or above supports buying credits and using credits to trade 3D models. Please make sure to update the app in time in case any abnormal situations like "Unable to recharge", or "Unable to purchase model" occur when trading 3D files.
