Hi all, just bought an Ender 3 Neo and extremely new to 3D printing. I was able to print the two test models that came preloaded on the SD card just fine, but when I try to print from a file I have downloaded to the card, the nozzle raises high off the bed and just goes back and forth while letting filament out. I’m using PLA with a nozzle temp of 200 and bed temp of 60. Can anyone help?
