My K1 Max won't get past the initial start up. It starts up and the extruder moves about half an inch. It will link to my wifi but not the app(takes the password and turns to a green check mark). Once it gets to the self inspection part it gets stuck on input shaping. It's there until it times out and then I get the other error. well since it never actually connected it won't let me send a report. Does anyone know where in the instructions it says anything about abnormal chatter optimization? Creality support hasn't been the best in the past. I'm hoping they get this fixed. Kinda crazy they don't do some kind of test before they send them out since they're trying to clone the x1c.
