Nice to meet you again, and we wish you a Merry Christmas! We’ve made some changes to the app to improve your 3D printing experience. This time we brought you a brand new Creality Cloud. We hope this update hit the spots.

What’s new:

1. Supported price setting for models.

2. Added more specific categories to sort out models.

3. Supported sales and purchase for model file download.

4. Supported batch download for model files.

5. Added transaction function to My Space.

6. Added a new entry of “My Purchased” to Models.

7. Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Explore New 3D Model Categories

To make it easier and faster for you to search models on Creality Cloud, we have re-adjusted the model categories according to the existing classification tags. With the latest version 3.9.0, there will be 18 category 3D models available for download in the original icon position. (as the following picture shows) What’s more, you will find it more diversified and specific in these new categories when uploading or searching models.

We have tried to list and gather the most commonly used categories as much as possible. However, there may be some sorts that we missed. In this case, you may come across some problems when you are uploading or searching models. The answers below may help you out.

1. What should you do if there is no category you can choose to search for the model you want?

You can search for keywords or the related nature of the model in the searching box if you cannot find it by category.

2. What can you do if you find a model that does not belong to the new category?

There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's eyes. Models can be classified according to appearance, functions, attributes, etc. We cannot define the model with one label cause each model is deemed as an artwork without limitation.

If you find the model with a wrong category, please send us the model ID with a brief explanation of your suggestions. We will take it seriously into consideration and thank you for your help to make Creality Cloud a better place.
