Overview

This is a collection of 3D model files designed to upgrade and modify the Lenovo M910x and P320 Tiny PCs. The files include a custom ventilated top cover and a specialized GPU bracket, which together allow you to install a dedicated low-profile graphics card for a significant performance boost. This modification is perfect for transforming a compact office PC into a capable gaming rig while maintaining its small form factor.

Design Concept

The primary design concept was to solve the critical lack of ventilation on the original PC case when a dedicated GPU is installed. The stock chassis is not designed to handle the extra heat generated by a graphics card and a higher-wattage CPU. The custom top cover is engineered with an open-air design to provide optimal airflow directly to the GPU. The included GPU bracket is designed for a perfect fit, addressing the compatibility issues of standard brackets. All parts are designed to be installed without causing any physical damage to the PC's original chassis, preserving the option to revert to the original state at any time.

Print Setting

These files are best printed with a sturdy filament like PETG or PLA for a balance of strength and detail. A recommended starting point for print settings includes a 0.2mm layer height, 20-25% infill for rigidity, and no supports needed for the top cover. For best results, use a brim to help with bed adhesion. Please note that these settings may need to be adjusted based on your specific 3D printer and filament brand.

Assembly

Assembly is a straightforward process. For a complete step-by-step guide, please refer to the linked in the product description. The video provides a simple visual walkthrough of the entire installation process.
