Before you start, please keep the following in mind:

1. Make sure to plug in your Creality Box during the whole process

2. Make sure to wait another 5 minutes before taking out the TF card when the update is finished

How to update your Creality Box

1. Download the firmware:Download

2. Copy the file cxsw_update.tar.bz2 into your TF card

3. Plugin your Creality Box and wait until the yellow light flashes

4. Insert your TF card into your Creality Box

5. The update will automatically start, and the red light will flash. This should take about a minute. The update finishes when the red light stops flashing

6. The yellow light will flash again for about 30 seconds. This means your Creality Box is restarting

How to make sure the update is successful

a. No light flashes after finishing the above 6 steps

b. Or you can wait for another 5 minutes when you have completed the above 6 steps

You will see the latest firmware version of your Creality Box on the Creality Cloud app
