If only one motor, such as the X-axis motor, is experiencing issues while the others are functioning normally, you can try swapping the wiring of the Z-axis motor with the X-axis motor. Move the Z-axis motor to the X-axis and see if it rotates properly. If it doesn't, then the motor itself is likely the problem.

If the motor is confirmed to be okay, then the issue could lie with the motor wiring. After ensuring the motor is fine, swap the problematic motor wiring with the wiring of another motor that is functioning properly on the mainboard. Test it again. If the issue persists, it indicates a problem with the motor wiring.

In the case where both the motor and wiring are ruled out, check the motor driver. With the motor and wiring confirmed to be functioning correctly, check the motor driver. Use a multimeter to test if the XYZ driver voltages are consistent and verify that the E-axis voltage is 0.75V. If there are inconsistencies in voltage or specific driver issues, it may be necessary to replace the motor driver. For models like CR-10S5 and CR-10S4, which have interchangeable drivers, you can try swapping a functional motor driver with the problematic one to see if it resolves the issue.

Sometimes, motor shaking can occur due to loose motor wiring. In such cases, simply reinsert and secure the motor wiring properly.
