If there is interference from debris, causing noise from the fan, check if there is any foreign object, such as filament, inside the fan blades. If there is interference, cleaning the fan or removing any dust can resolve the issue.

Another possible cause of fan noise is damaged or broken fan blades. If this is the case, replacing the fan will solve the problem.

Lastly, check if the screws securing the fan are too tight. If they are, try loosening them slightly. Sometimes, overly tight screws can cause slight deformation after assembling the fan, resulting in minor friction between the fan and the frame, producing noise.
