Firstly, it is important to note that the fan on the side of the nozzle does not start automatically when the printer is turned on. The fan speed can be adjusted in the temperature settings to turn it on or off. Therefore, it is normal for this fan not to rotate at startup. If the front fan does not rotate, check if the wiring is loose or if there is a problem with the fan itself. Usually, the issue lies with the fan and it can be resolved by replacing it.

If there is interference from debris, causing noise from the fan, check if there is any foreign object, such as filament, inside the fan blades. If there is interference, cleaning the fan or removing any dust can resolve the issue.

Another possible cause of fan noise is damaged or broken fan blades. If this is the case, replacing the fan will solve the problem.

Lastly, check if the screws securing the fan are too tight. If they are, try loosening them slightly. Sometimes, overly tight screws can cause slight deformation after assembling the fan, resulting in minor friction between the fan and the frame, producing noise.
