It can be topped up or earned from your 3D designs, Now we make it possible to cash out your credits to your PayPal account as the new version of Creality Cloud V4.1 is released. As a result, this safe, guaranteed method can help you profit from your 3D designs. In this article, we’ll show you how to cash out your credits step by step on Creality Cloud and explain the rules when you cash out.

Step 1 Log in

Login to your Creality Cloud account, and choose "Me"section to enter your personal center. There are two entries to get you to find cashing out credits.

Step 2 Verify Your Account

To help protect your account, we need to verify your account by sending a code to your linked phone number or email address to make sure it's you to cash out your Credits. And next, create a 6-digit password for your withdrawal and payment.

Step 3 Link Your PayPal Account

Tap on PayPal to fill in your account information, and bind it as a withdrawal account. And then enter the amount you want to cash out.

*Note:

1. You can only cash out a number of Credits of at least 1,000.

2. Exchange rate: 1,000 credits= 9.9 USD.

3. Currently, we only support PayPal to cash out your Credits. To prevent any failure or a delay from occurring, please make sure your PayPal account is activated and your account information is correct and valid before submitting a withdrawal request.

Step 4 Cash-Out Confirmation

Enter the payment password you just set to confirm your cash-out amount. There will be a service fee charged. The service fees are divided into two parts, which include the fees for platform service and fixed fees charged by PayPal. Here comes the specific details:

1. The service fee is charged with 10% of your withdrawal amount and a PayPal fixed fee.

2. Fixed Fee (depending on the currency you choose when cashing out)

After confirmation, you've finished the procedure of your withdrawal request. You can check your request status navigated to My Wallet>Withdraw Records. You will hear back about your request usually within 10 business days.
