Well, the possible worst has happened. my print bed and carrier got smashed by a heavy object that fell from a garage shelf. I new need a new bed and carrier for my CR 10 Smart Pro😪. I'm in Canada. not sure how to order these parts as they seem to be non existent. After contacting support to possibly get replacements, there has been no response for 3 days....sigh....lost...frustrated....sad panda.
