Step 1. Plug in the power cord and turn on the printer. To operate the control panel rotate the knob till the desired selection is highlighted and then press down on the knob to make the selection or to exit the selection.

Step 6. Click on “Auto Home”. Click “Move” then “Move Z” and set it to “0”. Move the A4 paper to see if the friction is too high or too low.

Step 7. The Z offset can be readjusted as necessary. If necessary go to “back” then “Z-offset” and raise or lower the z-offset while moving the A4 paper. Return to the main screen and click on “Level”. The machine will be leveled automatically. Note this may take 2 or 3 minutes.

Step 8. Click “Prepare” then “Auto Home” then “Preheat PLA”. Once the bed and nozzle have reached operating temperature load your PLA filament in the hole at the top of the extruder.

Step 9. Insert the provided SD card. Click “Print” and navigate to the file you want to print. While printing the first layer is observed to make sure the filament is adhering to the bed during printing and the z-offset is correct.

Step 10. Click “Settings” then “Z-offset” to adjust the settings. While the printer is running make small adjustments to prevent damage to the nozzle and bed.
