What is this referral programme?

Invite your friends to sign up for Creality Cloud, and you and your friends all get Cuvacoins as rewards! You can use Cuvacoins to exchange products (e.g. Kindles, HomePods, 3D printers) in our Gift Shop.

How does it work?

Simply share your unique link with a friend who does not have an account on Creality Cloud. Suppose anyone to whom you have invited goes on sign up for an account on Creality Cloud using that unique link. In that case, we will apply to your account the amount of Cuvacoins stated in the Reward Rules section on this page.

How to define a valid invite?

The friends you have invited must not have previously registered an account on Creality Cloud, which means their phone numbers, email addresses, phone's IMEI numbers must not have been used to sign up for Creality Cloud before they accept your invites. You will earn rewards if your friends' Creality Cloud account get to LV 1 and meet all the conditions. Your friends will also get rewards if you successfully invite them. The more friends you invite, the more rewards you get.

Reward Rules

The rewards are divided into Reward for Referrers and Reward for Referees.
The Reward for Referrers consists of two parts, regular reward & bonus reward.

Regular reward: the referrer gets 40 Cuvacoins for every valid invite.
Bonus reward: cascading rewards for the referrer in recognition of multiple valid invites. Here is the cascading structure:

Let's say the number of valid invites a referrer has is X:

If 3≤X<5, then the referrer gets a bonus reward of 300 Cuvacoins;

If 5≤X<8, on the basis of reward received from previous cascades, the referrer gets a bonus reward of 200 Cuvacoins;

If 8≤X<10, on the basis of reward received from previous cascades, the referrer gets a bonus reward of 400 Cuvacoins;

If 10≤X<15, on the basis of reward received from previous cascades, the referrer gets a bonus reward of 400 Cuvacoins;

If 15≤X<20, on the basis of reward received from previous cascades, the referrer gets a bonus reward of 400 Cuvacoins;

If 20≤X<30, on the basis of reward received from previous cascades, the referrer gets a bonus reward of 400 Cuvacoins;

If 30≤X<40, on the basis of reward received from previous cascades, the referrer gets a bonus reward of 600 Cuvacoins;

If X≥40, on the basis of reward received from previous cascades, the referrer gets a bonus reward of 400 Cuvacoins;

For instance, if referrer A has successfully invited 15 friends, the number of Cuvacoins he/she/they gets should be 2300 (15x40+300+200+400+400+400).

The Reward for Referees: the referee will get 20 Cuvacoins when he/she/they sign up for Creality Cloud for the first time. The reward is one-off and will be automatically applied to the referee's Creality Cloud account.

Rules of Exchanging Products

Referrers and referees get Cuvacoins as rewards for participating in this referral programme. Cuvacoin is a virtual token that can be exchanged for products in the Creality Cloud app's Gift Shop. The products in the Gift Shop may vary from time to time. Subject to availability. Cuvacoin is valid for one year from the date when you receive it. Exchange rate for Cuvacoin: $1 USD = 100 Cuvacoins.
We do not and will never sell Cuvacoins in any manner. No currency can buy Cuvacoins as they can only be acquired by participating in events, tasks and programmes hosted by us. Cuvacoin is a non-transferable token, which means it cannot be transferred from one person to another.
Some products in the Gift Shop have a certain threshold to be exchanged (e.g. some products are only available to users who are LV 3 or above).
Given some products' popularity and/or supply constraints, we may have to limit the number of products available for exchange. Subject to availability. Once you exchange a product that needs logistics, we offer worldwide free shipping (excl. Mainland China), but you should pay tax and customs. We aim to ship your products within 30 business days, but this is not something we can guarantee due to several variable circumstances. Rest assured, we will get your products out to you as soon as possible.
Virtual products (e.g. gift cards, downloadable software products, prepaid game cards, online subscriptions) cannot be replaced, returned or refunded.
Physical products cannot be replaced, returned, or refunded unless they do not meet the required quality standards. Please get in touch with our customer service within seven days after delivery if you need help.
We do not supply invoices for products exchanged with Cuvacoin.
Each product is limited to one exchange per person per day.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we found several Creality Cloud accounts using your exact address.

Declaration

Participating in this referral programme means that you fully and unconditionally agree to everything written on this page.
Suppose a third party employs an illegal act against or attacks Creality Cloud through any means resulting in errors of the referral programme. In that case, we may discontinue the referral programme at any time. We reserve the right not to give advance notice of discontinuance.
If we find any users violating the regulations described below, we will cancel all Cuvacoins and benefits this user received. We reserve the right of the final explanation and the right to suspense the user's account in Creality Cloud. Violations include but are not limited to the following situations:

Take advantage of system vulnerabilities to acquire Cuvacoins.
Use bots, plug-ins, or any other third-party software to acquire Cuvacoins.
Activity is linked to suspect mobile number, email address, Facebook account, Google account, etc.
Harmful and criminal breaches of local laws and regulations.

Unique links may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, which means that you can share your unique link with your personal contacts via your own social media accounts (e.g. your personal Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account) but not on sites where you are a contributor but not the account owner (e.g. Facebook business accounts or groups, Wikipedia, Google Reviews, coupon websites). Promoting your unique link via Search Engine Marketing (e.g. AdWords / Yahoo / Bing) is also not allowed. You are not allowed to use Creality, Creality Cloud or any trademark related to Creality to promote your unique link. We may deactivate your unique link without notifying you if we discover that you have made it available in any of these ways. If we cancel your account for this reason, we will not be liable for any losses you may incur.
Apple is not a sponsor or involved in the activity in any manner.
