help needed with user ID and connecting new phone to printer. New phone, when I loaded/opened Creality Cloud I was given new ID that does not match my ID on the printer. Since the printer K1 Max has already been through "binding to cloud" it shows my old ID and no QR code to rebind with new ID. when I try to change user name in phone app to old ID, am told it's already in use (!!!) and not available. how do I change user ID on phone to match printer???
