Trying to get my BRAND NEW K1C I received on 5/13/2024 to work without chattering, going off level and the bed jamming. GGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! It also tore a huge gouge in my build plate. I just ordered 3 more at over $30 each. So far I've been told by support (info@creality.com to grease the rails, then email the (encrypted for God knows what reason) log files to them.. No change. Not impressed.
