Just received our Creality K2 Plus yesterday and have it up and running. We've installed the Creality Cloud app and connected to the printer. We can see the progress of the ongoing print but the camera function is not working. It's a grey box with spinning circle. We did remove the protective cap from the camera during setup so no idea what we need to do to resolve this issue. Otherwise, the printer is rocking it right out of the box.
