You are now at the risk of permanently losing your account. To provide you with a better experience, we will soon hand over Creality Cloud to our operations team in Hong Kong. The seller of the Creality Cloud app will change to Creality 3D (HK) Technology Limited, a Hong Kong company. Due to the policies of Apple and Facebook, we are not able to move your current Creality Cloud account to the new Creality Cloud app running by our Hong Kong team. We understand the importance of your Creality Cloud account to you. And we love your creativity, passion and contribution to the community. We CHERISH each of you. Therefore, we came up with two methods to help you save and move your account to the new Creality Cloud app: Method 1 - Link your current Creality Cloud account with an email address or phone number in the Creality Cloud app. Method 2 - If you had trouble with method 1, please email us at teamcloud@creality.com with your Facebook email address/phone number or Apple ID (DO NOT send password). We will help you move your account. The deadline for completing either of the above is 10 PM 22 July 2021 (UTC+8). Would you please choose a method that suits you so that you can still log in to your Creality Cloud after the handover? Would you please do so if you can? Otherwise, you will lose your account, and we cannot restore it. We are also very sorry to bother you with this problem, so we will add 100 Cuvacoins to your account once you have linked your email/phone number.
