I have been meaning to print this little box for a while. I have used similar PIP hinges on a few of my designs and it was really interesting to see how small you can go with that type of PIP hinge. Great model by [%7444825766] The curve of the box is perfect and as no supports are needed this curve can be difficult to get right as you can suffer delamination especially with PLA but the curves on this box were bang on. Once printed you just need to carefully and slowly work the hinge until its free. Silicone fluid can help sometimes with PIP hinges like to get them started but I didn't need it with this box. Printed on on a K1 Max in Eryone dual colour filament. I think I would have had a better finish on the top and bottom of the case if I had used a smooth bed instead of the PEI textured one.
