Does anyone know how to fix the constant "offline" problems with the app? constantly having to 'remove devices, then 'add the device' again. turn my K1 off, as well as the app (sometimes I just restart my phone all together), and it still has problems connecting. Not only that problem with the app, but the camera is also constantly not connecting, and when I try to print something after I slice it on the app, it keeps giving me some message ( I can't remember the exact words) but something along the lines of "printer didn't recieve. please try again. " and like I said before, all I can do is restart the app, my phone, my k1, and keep on removing and adding the device back and forth to get it to say "online" and for it to recieve the slice that I want to print. and most of the time I have to do all of those things over and over and over and Maybe...just maybe it'll work. I'm a little new at this, so I could be wrong, but it looks like the app is the problem. my wifi, my phone, my k1, all of it works, and all of it is connected to my wifi. the problem seems to arise when I need to use the app for something in between it all. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? or does anyone know how to get in touch with the Creality customer support? (that shit is a joke) I've called the number and sent an email to the right address, but there was no answer on the phone, but there was no reply to my emails.
