Has anyone seen an error like a Key Error 2060 on an Ender V3 Plus? I'm told by Creality that I am supposed to check something called a photoelectric switch somewhere on the printer. This is a V3 PLUS, there is no such switch that I can find anywhere. It's a bit disconcerting to hear from CREALITY that I need to check for a part that I don't believe my machine has. How do they NOT know what the parts are? I've uploaded the log error file from the machine itself. No matter what I do I cannot get this V3 Plus to print. It shuts down just about at the end of the standard warm up routine it's always done...the hotend taps around until temps are right on both hotend and the print bed..it grounds down properly as far as I can tell in the center of the bed like normal and right before it would zoom off to the front left for the intro print down the side, it throws an error like the image attached here and stops. Complete out of the blue this thing started doing this and it's been 2 days of nothing from Creality on my Feedback ticket. Anyone have any suggestions?
