Hi everyone, I really need help with this issue.

I'm getting the message:

“The machine consumables do not match the printed file. Please check and restart printing.”

My problem is the following:

It seems like Creality Print thinks that the CFS (Color Filament System) is active, but I do NOT have a CFS installed on my printer.

Because of this, I cannot start a print directly from my computer.

Right now the only way I can print is:

Slice the file on my PC

Send the file to the printer

Go to the printer’s screen

Select the file manually

Start the print from the printer

But Creality Print won’t let me start the print directly because it believes the consumables don't match, even though I'm using a simple single-filament setup.

I’ve already tried:

Changing filament settings

Selecting only one material

Resetting printer settings

Creating a new machine profile in Creality Print

Checking for any CFS options in the menus (none appear, because I don't have a CFS)

Nothing has fixed the problem.

My question:

How can I completely disable the CFS mode or prevent Creality Print from thinking I have a CFS installed?

Is there any way to force the machine into “single filament mode” so the slicer stops blocking the print?

I’m using a Creality K1 Max.
