SPIKE is a FDM 3D printed shoe representing the future of footwear. It's designed specifically for Creality's 'Wearable Shoe Design Contest'.
The shoe is modeled in VR with Gravity Sketch around a traditional footwear last. Therefore, the interior should fit good on feet. Put the finishing touches on the shoe in Blender.
Here are my recommended print settings, which are inspired by my friend Re_Run who have taught me a lot about 3D printing:
Model tilted 105°, heel on build plate
Nozzle Size: 0.4
Layer height: 0.2
Infill: 35%, Grid pattern
Material: TPU or TPE (70A-85A TPU suggested)
Printing temperatures per filament type and brand
Print speed: 25-30mms
Support: 20-25%, ZigZag pattern
Build plate adhesion: Raft, 10-15mms extra margin
