🎯 How the Incentive System Works

For model designers:

You can now upload both 3D models or print settings and earn points with each download and successful print. This system allows you to earn passive income as long as your models or print settings remain high-quality and in demand. These points can be redeemed for prizes like 3D printers, filaments, and more in Eshop.

· Upload 3D models — Earn points when users download, slice, or successfully cloud print your models.
· Upload print settings — Get points every time your print settings are used.
· Get Boosted — Each valid boost on your model earns you points.
· Earn without limits — There’s no cap on how many points you can earn.
100 points = $0.99, which you can redeem for Creality 3D printers, filaments, and more in the Eshop.

For active users:

· Use Boost Tickets — Every valid boost gives you 1 entry into the Lucky Draw to win 3D printers, filaments, and more.
· Upload Print Settings — You'll earn points when someone downloads and successfully prints using your settings.

What are Boost Tickets

Boost Tickets are weekly rewards given by Creality Cloud to active users, allowing them to support their favorite 3D models. When users boost a model, the designer automatically earns points. These points can be redeemed for prizes like 3D printers, filaments, and more.

Earn up to 4 Boost Tickets per week based on your activity.
Each time you use a Boost Ticket to support a designer, you’ll get one entry into our Lucky Draw — with chances to win a 3D printer, filaments, and more exciting rewards.
Boost Tickets can only be used on models you've downloaded, cloud-sliced, or cloud-printed.

🧑🎨 For Model Designers

Getting boosted earns you points — a form of passive income that keeps adding up as your model gets more boosts.

Each Boost earns designers points automatically.
Points can be redeemed for 3D printers, filaments, and more in the Eshop.
There's no expiration on your rewards.
You’re welcome to support other designers, but boosting your own models is not allowed.

❓ What is the Incentive System?

The Incentive System is designed to reward creators including designers and users and help your high-quality work gain visibility and rewards. Upload 3D models or printing settings — the more downloads and cloud prints you accumulate, the more points you earn. 100 points = $0.99. Points can be redeemed in the Eshop for Creality printers, gift cards, filaments, accessories, and more.

❓ What is a Boost Ticket?

Active users on Creality Cloud receive up to four Boost Tickets from the platform per week, which can be used to support their favorite models. Each time you use a ticket to support a model, you get a chance to spin the Lucky Draw for a random reward, while the designer receives points. Think of it as being a community judge—use your tickets to help high-quality models stand out.

❓ Do download milestones apply to all my models or individual ones?

Milestones in the Incentive System are tracked per individual model. The more quality models you upload and the more downloads they receive, the greater your rewards. There’s no upper limit!

❓ Why do I receive different numbers of Boost Tickets each time?

The number of tickets you receive depends on your weekly activity level and total cloud printing time. The more active you are, the more tickets you’ll earn.

❓ Do Boost Tickets expire?

Yes, Boost Tickets are valid for 30 days. Expired tickets cannot be used. If you don’t use your tickets regularly, the system may reduce the number you receive.

❓ Can I purchase Boost Tickets with Creality Cloud Credits?

No, Boost Tickets cannot be purchased. They are issued automatically based on your engagement and activity on the platform.

❓ Why didn’t I receive any Boost Tickets even after a long print job?

If you didn’t receive any boost tickets, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

The model you printed was not downloaded from Creality Cloud.
Your total cloud printing time is relatively short compared to other users.
You repeatedly boost the same designer, which may be flagged as suspicious behavior.

❓ My account has restricted access to Boost Tickets — how can I remove the limitation?

If you stop any behavior that could be considered suspicious, your account may regain eligibility. You can also earn more tickets by increasing your cloud printing time, and by actively commenting on, downloading, slicing, and cloud-printing models. If you believe you were wrongly restricted, please contact us at teamcloud@creality.com.

❓ How can I avoid violating the rules?

Avoid artificially inflating download or print numbers. Creality Cloud monitors abnormal activity and takes violations seriously.

❓ How do I qualify for the Lucky Draw?

Every time you use one Boost Ticket, you’ll earn one spin on the Lucky Draw for a chance to win random rewards like 3D printers and filaments.

❓ What can I redeem with points?

You can use points in the Eshop to redeem Creality 3D printers, gift cards, filaments, Creality Cloud premium memberships, and more.

❓ Do points expire?

Yes, points are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Please use them before they expire.

❓ Can I withdraw Points as cash?

No, points are not redeemable for cash, but they can be exchanged for a variety of items in the Eshop.
