The first issue: when it’s your first time to connect the wifi box, and don’t know what’s wrong while the app shows the network failure, please follow these steps: 1. Wi-Fi Box only supports the 2.4 GHz band network. Please check whether your router's network configuration supports the 2.4GHz band. 2. Please reset the Wifi box after upgrading to the latest version of APP and then try to match the network. 3. If the problem still exists, simply drop an email at teamcloud@creality.com. Another issue is that the first network connects successfully, but after a few days it can’t connect network anymore. 1. Please check whether your network is stable, such as whether you can access the Internet normally through other devices; when the network is back to normal, the box will work automatically. 2.
