The problem: We're having difficulties getting the printers into production because we're not able to align the printhead with the tray because it's getting too far away from each other. In addition, the PLA filament (which is the material used in printing) does not stay firmly in the tray, leaving the entire initial printing process misaligned and without structure to continue.
