After I buyed the Ender S1 Pro and not satisfied with the quality I started some Test`s!

Testobjekt is a normal Cube 60x60x0.2 :

Leveled with a metal gauge with 0.05 and 0.10

Test Filament : ESun ABS+

Print Settings are : Hotend 245 Grad

Hotbed 100 Grad

Closed Chamber

The procedure is always the same between the 0.05 and the 0.10 Test:

Restore to Factory Settings, Aux Leveling 4 Times then Auto Leveling!

Without Leveling means only with Aux Leveling

It's hard to understand why this printer is rated well in tests as my old Ender 3 Pro delivers better quality!

Leveling not possible because the steps in leveling are created with 0.05 instead of 0.01

Function of the printer is limited because no self-created firmware can be used!

Important functions such as M500 via Pronterface are blocked and the settings are not saved!

Later technical upgrades are not possible due to the firmware issue

Pid tuning is very cumbersome because you cannot save the values directly via Pronterface but have to enter them manually via the touchscreen!

The problems with automatic leveling are known to Creality and have not yet been fixed!

All in all the purchase was a big mistake as I was expecting a lot more quality and precision but basically I can use my old Ender 3 Pro with these results!

Written to the Support and now waiting was Creality says!

If the problems cannot be solved, I will send the printer back and buy another printer but from another manufacturer, because the procedure of restricting a printer's functions in such a way cannot be supported with the price of what the printer costs ;-)
