I purchased two Creality K1 printers, and from day one they both have had issues. One having an error code 2000 which will shut the lights off inside the printer and stop mid print or at times everything will go one and stop where the screen won't even work. Most of the time, it wont even start a print before it errors out. Only turning off the main power switch and cycling it back on works sometimes and can try to print again. The other printer had a 2564 Nozzle Error code, and will not print consistently. When this error code happens, it stops the print and can resume the print but offsets the Y and X axis slightly causing the print to be ruin when this happens. The biggest issue is how awful and inconsistent the quality is. As you can see, this is what the quality of prints look like, sometimes (rarely) the print works out fairly well, but most of the time it's awful. (The two benchy's I posted are both printed back to back on the same Creality K1 printer, one is horrid yet the other one is fine). I also cannot tell you how awful Creality's Support is, if you haven't had to deal with them yet. Its taken a month of arguing with them to finally get a new nozzle kit and cable sent to me. I change that out and still the same problem is occurring. Clearly there is an issue and I don't believe it's a programming problem or anything related to the file and parameters since the same file works other times and on my other printers. I hope the community may have better answers and support then Creality. Still trying to get support to this day and this issue started when I first got the printer at the beginning of march 2024. I also am still fighting with them over the other printer's error 2000 which they said needs a new mother board but nothing has been done yet for that. I asked for a refund and return for my second new K1 printer a week after I received it, and as part of their policy it even says I can if there is an issue and to report it within 2 weeks, which I did, but have been denying me a refund or parts for a new printer purchased directly from them. -They are killing me.

I hope someone in the community may have a better insight and experience that may have some answers on what I should do and what could be the issue? Ive tried everything they asked me as well, (reseating connections, changed nozzle kit, changed head cable, made sure everything was tight). - ive even tried different temps, filament, drybox, flow rate, z offsets. Nothing has worked. :(

Creality is killing me.
