Service Updates During the Holiday:

✅ The review process for 3D models and responses to user feedback will continue but may experience slight delays.

💰❌ Earnings withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable from January 23rd to February 4th. Withdrawal applications submitted after 12:00 PM (UTC+8) on January 22nd will not be reviewed or processed during the holiday.

📦⏳ Orders placed in the EShop after 8:00 AM (UTC+8) on January 17th will be processed and shipped after the holiday.

📧❌ Emails will not be processed during this period. For urgent printer issues, please contact cs@creality.com.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this festive season. Regular operations will resume promptly after the holiday.
