Update: To further resist piracy on our platform, we have added a validation system to our Import from Thingiverse tool, ensuring users can only import models from their own Thingiverse account.

Hello 3D printing hobbyists,

Last month, we announced that you can TRANSFER your STLs on Thingiverse to Creality Cloud. And now we are glad to tell you that more than 1000 transfers have been made! Thank you very much for using this feature and sending feedback about how we can improve it. Because of you that we managed to take this feature to the next level in the past few weeks.

However, the fact is that most of our lovely users haven’t tried this feature yet so we think it would be a great idea that we make a detailed tutorial about how to use it. Let’s go.

1. On your PC or Mac, visit https://www.crealitycloud.com/model and log in to your Creality Cloud account.

2. Once logged in, click Upload 3D Models.

3. On the model uploading page, click Import from Thingiverse.

4. Enter your Thingiverse username, tick the checkbox and click Next. (We suggest that you enter your own username to protect yourself from copy infringement. And yes, Pobaby belongs to us.)

5. Wait for a few seconds, and your STL files on Thingiverse should show up. Then, choose the files you’d like to move to Creality Cloud and click Import.

6. Hold on tight. The transfer will take a few moments, depending on the total size of your STL files. If everything works fine (it works almost always, though), you will see a page like below. And you are all set!

By the way, you can click Personal Center to view all your 3D models.

And you can also enter the transfer page via your personal center by clicking Import from Thingiverse. The rest of the process is the same. Enjoy!
