So I'm pretty new to 3D printing and purchased a CR10 Smart against my better judgement. I wanted to upgrade from my ender 3 v2 to something bigger with auto leveling. Unfortunately as many other CR10 Smart owners, it has a major issue with leveling (The key feature for this printer) I've tried everything to my knowledge to fix it but have yet to be able to figure it out. I've downloaded both firmware updates which the first one was when the problem initially started. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it so much, Creality's support team has been useless and I just want to be able to use my printer for more than just a giant paper weight.
