I did the firmware update and now the cr 10 smart pro will not stay on. everything was installed correctly followed the video tutorial everything has been flashed. I have tried to reach out to cs@creality.com and I can't sent the whole video clip. I have watched almost every video on YouTube to try to troubleshoot it and find nothing on the subject. is their any kind of warranty on my machine? can I return it? will they send parts. the machine is a little over a week old and it only produced three prints. I have spent more time seeking help than I have it took to make those three prints. I hope to get help soon.
