Can't get things to work properly. Plz help.

When I tried to print an infinity cube the joints kept getting stuck at 200 degrees and so I lowered it to 195 and the joints still stuck, is there a way to make the joints not stick? Maybe it's just the model file I'm using but I think there may be something to do with the temperature still. Anyone think there is something I could do to make the print better? This isn't the first time I had this problem though. I made an animal cell model for my science class and the bottom parts of the circle outside the supports, the filiment dropped out of the circle giveing it an unclean surface on the bottoms. This happens with other things as well. Pictures to the items and the flaws will be commented later. Anyone able to help?
