So I have been unable to access my Halot one through the app since the last firmware update. The app has updated twice and it has not improved. The app is also insisting that I need to update but then says it is up to date. Same for both printers (when it recognized the Halot one). Creality sent me information to “brush” my printer but I feel like this is an app issue rather than a machine issue.
