I just purchased a new Ender-3 S1 Pro off of Amazon this week. After I got everything setup and dialed in I started my first larger print. During this print the LED Bar stopped working and will no longer turn on even after powering down the printer several times. Additionally during the print the filament runout sensor triggered numerous times stopping the print and causing the print to be unusable. This was with a new role of filament and no reason for the sensor to stop the print. Can’t seem to figure out a solution to either problem. I went all-in with this printer and bought all the accessories from Creality to have a perfect setup and now i can’t fully enjoy any of it. any help?
