I’ve had a few new users who are unsure as to how to change various settings etc on a print.

If you’re using the app then you can change settings for the printer before slicing the model. Here’s my best attempt therefore at a quick run through.

I’ll use the example of a model printed with the Ender 3 V2Neo but it’s pretty much the same for all Creality FDMs.

Using the app;

1. Choose a model from the library on Creality Cloud.

2. Click on the image in the file and it will bring up a 3D render of the model.

3. Click “Slice”. After it’s loaded you’ll be presented with the slicing User Interface (UI) which gives you access to the settings you’ll need

4. At the top, select your printer and make sure to choose the one you want to actually print the model with

5. Just below this is a button which opens up the advance settings

6. You can choose to change the temp for bed and nozzle, add supports, change print speed for initial layer and then main print, add required bed adhesion setup etc.

7. Once you’ve chosen the required settings, make sure to save/confirm them

8. If you’re happy with everything click “slice” and the process will begin

9. The sliced file will then show up in your list in the “me” section of the app

10. Select it, press print, select the corresponding machine and then agree to the pop up warnings etc.

11. Done! Just wait now for your print to finish

Note: If you’re using PLA or ABS then the preheat settings are predetermined. If you’re using PETG or another filament then you’ll need to change that as a custom setting on the slicer UI.
