I just got my crtouch. installed the hardware, then: I had two different instructions. the paperwork instructions said: - Firrmware file Download website reality.com/download (Accessory firmware -> CR Touch Firmware for 32-bit Motherboard. I looked on the website and determined that I needed the V2-Marlin2.0.8.2...... software upgrade. downloaded it. Instructions stated to 'Put the file "private, TJC_SET, DWIN_SET" into the formatted TF card. - I put the FILE FOLDERS, "private, TJC_SET, DWIN_SET" on the TF card - inserted the TF Card and turned on the Ender 3 V2. It booted immediately. didn't see anything different. Following the instructions - I formatted the TF Card and copied the firmware file "GD-Ender3 V2-Marlin2.0.8.2-HW-V4.2.2-SW-V1.0.7_E_N_BLTouch.bin" onto the TF card. - inserted the TF Card and turned on. It booted up, with the "Level" Icon. - removed the TF card per the instructions. - following the instructions for the included paperwork I went to Prepare->Auto Home the display said "wait while the printer homes X Y Z directions". And never did anything. So, I turned off the printer. I, obviously, mistakenly thought I made a mistake and didn't put the files in the first step correctly. So I took all the files out of the directories and put them on a formatted TF Card. Inserted the card, and NOW, no matter what I do the printer doesn't get past the Flash Screen. I tried putting a TF Card with the Marlin bin file again...So it looks like I have bricked the machine. Can anyone help?
