I have a ender 3 s1 pro and a s1 plus and there both under warranty and neither one of them works. I keep talking to the service dept. and they just seem to be giving me the run around. They won't tell me what is going on as to what they are going to do to fix them, offered to send them back for a refund but no reply. Really getting tired of this, unless something happens soon I'm do with Creality products.
