I’m new to 3D printing and just got the 3-S1 Pro. It printed just fine for half a day. It finished a print while I was out to lunch and when I tried to preheat before the next print it froze up and only heated the nozzle to 157. When it didn’t go anywhere after a while I powered off and back on and then it wouldn’t auto home. When I power on and tap the Ready button the Z axis moves maybe an inch and then stops and the screen gets stuck on the ‘auto back home, please wait’ screen. If I power off and back on it will move up another inch and stop. I’ve checked the plugs. The firmware is up to date. Everything move freely by hand. Any suggestions on a fix? I’m waiting to hear back from Creality but would love to go ahead and get it up and running.
