Test 2: Another of the small options that will not solve your problem 100% will be to lower the speed of the layer fan, since the sensor is not reading the temperature correctly and you will notice that when the sensor "places" in its place, the temperature goes from 220/230ºC (428/446F), from my own experience I recommend that the use of it be at a constant 25% or 45/50% at specific moments, this will help the temperature of the hoten not drop very suddenly and the machine stops.
