Ah... Please... Help!!! K1 MAX is No worky (not printing). I'm new to 3D printing and I just got the K1 MAX, I am thrilled to start my journey into 3D printing... however I'm not getting the filament to extrude... after I did what I read in the quick start manual I went to print the Benchy and I'm printing "AIR". The manuals on line are pretty thin when it comes to figuring this out, So if you can help me that would be fantastic! Here's what I've tried so far... I narrowed it down to; A. The way I'm loading the filament, B. missing some operational thing I'm not doing, or C. the printer part itself came DOA right out of the box... I'll assume it's options: A and/or B. Recently I've learned about the lock/unlock on the printhead. Unlocked for loading and unloading (is that right to do?) Then lock it for use... I wished the instruction manual said something about that... Also, I am sure the reel is in the correct direction, I cut the mangled part off and at a 45 degree angle, I've threaded the filament in all the way through the Bowden tube, I can see it go to into the printhead (but not sure I'm loading it properly) and I've tried the extrude from the printer menu and tried several times... nothing comes out, not even a drop! I see the temp go up to 240C and the fans go on... it puts on a show but doesn't deliver. Sigh... Hope you guys can help a noob! Thanks in advance.
