K1 Max clogged at the thermal break! This is my 3rd 3D printer. I’ve owned a flash forge a lutz min and now quite possibly the worst printer ever. I purchased this to print large, long running models. After just 6 hours I had my first jam. Not a big deal. It happens. I followed the video - retract - feed, use the poker wire. No dice still jammed tried higher temps. Removed the hot end (following the video). Still jammed. Removed the extruder. Still jammed - in fact jam #1 was inside the extruder! But still jammed. Removed the thermal break and had to use a pair of pliers to extract filament from what should be a through hole. Why is this happening? Clearly hot filament is being returned to the extruder without adequate cooling. I feel a redesign is in the works? I see a second hot end is included which has a plastic interface rather than a brass interface. Which hot end should I install as I spend the next two hours reassembling this printer?
