Hello 3d printer community! I a new user on a creality k1 max. My filament has been jamming, and I have managed to un-jam it until this incident. The jam is after the extruder and very little of the filament is hanging out from the secondary tube past the extruder. I can't get my printer to melt it and come out of the nozzle. I've heated up the hot end and tried pushing it down, but it didn't budge at all. I'm at a loss and not sure what to do about this jamming problem. In the picture, the yellow that is in the middle of that blue tube is the filament that is stuck. I used creality 3d gold silk pla. Any ideas on how I can get that filament out?
