Starting March 1, 2024, Creality Cloud will no longer support services related to mobile verification codes due to instability with mobile service providers. It includes mobile code registration, code login, and password resets. Other registration, login, and password reset methods not reliant on mobile phones will remain unaffected.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may cause to your usage. To ensure a seamless experience, we strongly recommend binding your email and setting up an account password for login before March 1, 2024. You can still use the phone number and password for login. We appreciate your understanding and support!

To bind your email, please follow the steps:

1) Open the Creality Cloud app and enter My Account

2) Find the Settings on the top right corner

3) Click "Account Security," and you can link your email to the page.
