Hi, my name is Kindon, the purpose that I 3d prtined this pokeball is becuase I love pokemon and now I can fianlly get my hand on a real life pokeball by 3d printing. The model is from Azucma I 3d printed this pokeball using PLA in 4 different colors, white, black, glow in the dark, and red. I 3d printed this pokeball using the K1 Max. I use Orcaslicer to be able to get the 4 different colors and to pause at the layers that I wanted to change color. Support was added for the bottom portion. The challenge that I faced during this print is that I had to change out filament 178 times during this print. It took me a total of 7 hours to print this pokeball. It was so much filament changing to keep track of, that I mess up on a couple of layers. My extruder was kind of stuck so it took some extra force to lock and unlock the extruder and my finger started hurting a bit. After printed, I shine a light to the pokeball and make the "glow in the dark" filament light up. I turn off the light and took a picture. The materials I use are, Elegoo for white and black, Jayo for red, and Eryone for glow in the dark. For some reason it says that I have no printing history, so I can't upload that in the "Print File/Set Params". ps. After the print I fix my extruder.
