The CFS does not work after the latest firmware updated. I get a message TR2852 Filiment Triggered Abnormally. Possibly due to an external material Rack being used. The CFS is sitting on top of the printer. I AM able to print using the side spool. I am unable to factory reset because an error pops up says that there may be filiment in the extruder even though I retract it after successfully printing using the side spool. Please Help! 16
