Ended 3 vs3 KE will not connect to the app! App says printer is offline but it’s switched on and network screen shows it is connected to WiFi. App takes me through binding the machine but again this makes no difference. Only owned the machine since Christmas and it worked perfectly for first week but since firmware update I have been having this problem. I have tried the app on different devices, tried connecting through the website and tried disconnecting from the WiFi and re-entering the password but nothing works
