We understand that the Web Cloud Slicer has been an essential tool for many of you. To assess the possibility of bringing it back, we need your valuable input. Please provide specific details about your use cases and explain why the app cloud slicer does not fully meet your needs. Your feedback is crucial in shaping our next steps and ensuring we maintain the key access you rely on.

Understanding Your Usage of Print Settings

We’d love to gain insight into how you utilize the Print Settings feature and how it supports your printing process. The one-click print function for Print Settings will remain, with planned enhancements to improve interaction and usability. Could you share specific examples or scenarios where this feature has been helpful? If there are areas where we can optimize the interaction or layout, please feel free to share your suggestions with us.

Removing Print Files

We’ve decided to remove Print Files, as it was not the most efficient way to complete your printing tasks. Instead, we encourage you to use Print Settings, which provides a more streamlined and accessible way to manage your printing needs.

Recognizing Constructive Feedback

To show our appreciation for constructive feedback, we will offer additional rewards, including membership benefits and points, to users who contribute valuable suggestions.

Dear Creality Cloud Users,

Thank you for your continued support of Creality Cloud. To enhance the Creality ecosystem and provide a more seamless user experience, we are making some adjustments to our services. As part of these changes, the following features on the Creality Cloud web will be discontinued:

Ready to Print for Print Settings (Web)

Estimated Discontinuation Date: January 15, 2025

Reimbursement

To minimize the impact on our users, we are offering 1 month of free premium plan to those affected by these changes.You don't need to claim the premium plan as it will be automatically added to your account within this month.

After these features are deactivated, you can still launch the Creality Print directly from the web platform to access advanced slicing capabilities.
Please note that this adjustment applies only to the web platform. The Creality Cloud App will continue to support cloud slicing and one-click to print settings as usual.
