The Best Model Designer of the Year focuses on the performance of their models on the Creality Cloud platform, such as Top 10 models downloads/sales, number of leaderboard models, and model creativity.

6. What are the key metrics for judging the Most Influential Designer of the Year?

Community engagement, number of followers, Premium-free models, exclusive models, and participation in design contests are the key metrics.

7. What are the key metrics for judging Model Designer of the Year?

Top 10 models downloads/sales, number of leaderboard models, and model creativity are the key metrics.

8. If a designer is both a top 5 Most Influential Designer and a top 5 Best Model Designer, what honor will they receive?

If a designer ranks in the top 5 for both categories, the final honor will be determined by the higher ranking category.

9. This event involves voting. Does that mean those who campaign for votes are more likely to rank higher?

Before the event launched, we considered the risks of vote campaigning and fake votes. Therefore, we limited the weight of votes to 30%, with the remaining 70% based on the designer's performance and contributions on the Creality Cloud platform.

10. When can I receive the physical medal?

After the winners are announced, medal production will commence. However, due to the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday starting around January 23rd, production and shipping of the medals will be delayed until February to March.

11. When can I receive the 3D printers?

All winners must fill out the prize shipping address form by January 25th.

Please note that the Creality Cloud team will be on holiday starting January 23rd, so prize shipping orders will begin processing on February 10th. We appreciate your understanding regarding the delay caused by the holiday period.

Q&A for Voters

1. Regarding the voting lucky draw, why did I vote but not qualify for it?

After the voting ends, Creality Cloud Level 2 users who voted each day during the event will be entered into the lucky draw. All top 100 designers are not eligible for the raffle.

2. If I forgot to vote for one day during the event, can I still participate in the lucky draw?

Unfortunately, only Level 2 users who voted each day during the event can enter the lucky draw.

3. When will the voting points be added to my account?

All voting reward points have been sent to voters' Creality Cloud Account.

4. When can I receive the printer?

All winners must fill out the prize shipping address form by January 25th.

Please note that the Creality Cloud team will be on holiday starting January 23rd, so prize shipping orders will begin processing on February 10th. We appreciate your understanding regarding the delay caused by the holiday period.

5. Why did I win filament but only received 1 roll, when the prize details stated I could win 4 rolls?

The first person to win filament receives 4 rolls, followed by 3 rolls, then 2 rolls, and the last person to win filament receives only 1 roll.

6. Why did I win a membership but only received 7 days, when the prize details stated I could win a-year membership?

The first person to win a membership receives 1-year membership, followed by a one-month membership, and the last two people to win a membership receive only 7 days.
